Prior to joining RYKI, Viktoria spent six years as Director of Legal at CoinPayments Inc., where she led legal and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions within a fintech and digital asset environment. Her work spanned commercial contract drafting and negotiation, AML/KYC oversight, regulatory and licensing matters, corporate governance, data protection, internal investigations, and coordination with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and external counsel on cross-border disclosure requests. Earlier in her career, Viktoria held roles with the Cayman Islands Government as an International Cooperation Officer, working on CRS, FATCA, and Country-by-Country Reporting obligations, and with Ernst & Young, supporting financial services engagements and CIMA-related filings. Viktoria holds a Doctor of Law and Jurisprudence, awarded cum laude, from Károli Gáspár University in Hungary, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator.
